We Can Help You in Different Situations

Clarity does not offer “service packages;” which are marketed as better deals – but really designed for business efficiency and profit. Our complete transparency on 3rd party costs, partners and products is the foundation of our customised service to all families in all communities. Facilitating religious traditions and cultural practices is an honour we hold dear and a level of service that is often “against the policies” of the corporate models.

Even with the rising popularity of cremation; approximately 75% of our business has been traditional, full-body earth burials in cemeteries. These traditional services to families have also included:

what we offer

Personalized Farewell Services

While we don’t offer bundles of services (Bronze, Silver, Gold) we do recognize that people like to see a possible range of costs when considering service providers. There are also some basic and essential questions for every discussion on funeral care. Considering the wide scope of possibilities in the short list above; the costs of funeral care can also vary widely. Clarity can deliver the essential basics of “Direct Cremation” for $2,500 or scale up to full service ceremonies, receptions and travel management with budgets of $50,000+

Ultimately, these decisions are best made in conversation with us and any loved ones who wish to participate. While some people may keep their process simple and mostly online (link to PrePlan Portal) – other families have specific traditions and customs that need to be part of their grieving and healing.

Key Question: Cremation or Body Burial?
This is often an automatic response from people, based on family traditions and personal convictions. Follow your own instinct on this topic and the rest of the planning process comes clear.

Cremation

A dignified option that allows families to honor their loved one with flexibility in ceremony and final placement of the ashes.

Considerations for Cremation

The first consideration is whether the body will be held for a visitation or ceremony, or if the family prefers a direct cremation with no services beforehand. It is also important to decide what will be done with the cremated remains—whether they will be buried in a cemetery niche or scattered in a chosen location, such as a public, crown, or private site. If a cemetery or niche is preferred, confirmation is needed on whether the space is already owned. Families may also choose to keep or share the remains in ornamental urns, or proceed with a direct and simple disposition.

Burial

A traditional resting choice that provides a permanent place for family and friends to visit and remember.

Considerations for Burial

When planning a service, we begin by understanding the essentials: whether there will be an open casket or a visitation period, what locations you prefer for ceremonies or receptions, and the type of casket you would like—recognizing that costs vary widely. We also ask whether you currently own, or are named on the deed to, any existing cemetery space. These details help us guide you clearly, respectfully, and without pressure.
